Michele Minor is a nonprofit senior leader and strategic management professional with over 20 years in the industry. She currently serves as a Regional HR Business Partner, supporting some pretty amazing people at an incredible nonprofit that prepares the next generation of leaders.
Her career began in education after receiving her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Howard University. As a nonprofit leader, Michele managed programs that help underserved populations make life-lasting changes. She has extensive experience serving youth, teen parents, homeless families, and young adults with marginalized educational experiences.
After realizing that the common thread through her work was serving people and supporting them with living their best life, she made a career shift and found her home in human resources.
