Business Challenge: Increase brand affinity and social media adoption among employees
Implemented the company’s first social media advocacy program to generate greater brand affinity within the local communities the company serves. More than ten percent of the company’s employ-ees eagerly participated in the program as brand advocates. Created speakers series for sales associates to leverage at higher education conferences on social media policy, successfully utilizing influencers and navigating social media crises.
