1. Using the Site

Mahogany & Mosaic and Temeka Easter Rice names and logos are our trademarks.
3. Mahogany & Mosaic events and RSVPs
• Mahogany & Mosaic has no membership dues. Joining the list or requesting an invitation doesn't commit you to anything.
• An RSVP holds your spot for that experience only. Some experiences have limited space or their own ticket costs. Any cost will be clearly shared before you commit.
• Event details such as dates, venues and times may change. We'll do our best to let you know quickly.
• By attending, you agree to be respectful of fellow guests and venues. We may decline or cancel an RSVP if needed to keep the experience safe and enjoyable.
• Events may be photographed or filmed. Let us know at the event if you'd prefer not to appear in photos we share.
• You're responsible for your own travel, personal property and choices at events, including alcohol where it is served.
4. Speaking and booking inquiries
Submitting a speaking or booking inquiry is a request for information only. It doesn't reserve a date or create any obligation for you or for us. An engagement is confirmed only when both parties sign a written agreement that covers fees, dates and deliverables.
5. Blog and general information
Content on the Site shares personal experience and professional perspective. It is general information, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Please consult a qualified professional about your specific situation.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Temeka Easter Rice LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at any event. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
